SUMMARY:NFCC On Call Conference 2025
DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to announce the dates of the next national NFCC On-Call Conference\, which will be held at The Marriott Hotel\, Leicestershire on 1st and 2nd October. \nThe full programme of speakers includes UK and international colleagues\, building on last year’s conference with presentations and discussions around potential local and national solutions to community resilience and on-call firefighter recruitment and retention. Delegates will be updated on national NFCC led research\, in addition to hearing from colleagues from America and Europe discussing innovative approaches to on-call recruitment\, retention and wider community resilience. We will also be hearing from some UK Fire and Rescue Services\, showcasing examples of on-call related success stories\, as we collectively focus on improving this vital emergency provision. \nNumerous sponsors will be in attendance too\, showcasing the latest innovations focused on making our on-call system resilient and sustainable in the future. \nAn agenda (subject to change) is now available: On Call Conf Agenda \nThis will be of interest to all those across the sector who are passionate about driving forward our on-call workforce.
