DESCRIPTION:NFCC Prevention Conference and Awards 2025: Lead\, Innovate and Champion \nThe NFCC Prevention Conference 2025 brings together prevention leaders and practitioners from across the UK to champion prevention and embed it as a core pillar of Fire and Rescue Service delivery. \nWith the national spotlight increasingly focused on vulnerability\, risk and resilience\, this year’s conference explores what it means to lead with a Prevention-First mindset\, and how collaboration\, leadership and innovation can drive safer\, healthier communities. A copy of the agenda can be viewed HERE. \nOur 2025 agenda has been built around six prevention activity key themes\, with a mix of dynamic panel sessions from fire and rescue services\, lead officers and sector partners; workshops and sessions highlighting good practice and the future of the fire service. \n\nStrategic Leadership for Prevention\nHealth\, Safety and Vulnerability in Prevention Partnerships\nChampioning Futures – The FRS Role in Supporting Safe\, Resilient Communities\nInclusive and Everyday Risk in Prevention\nQuality and Assurance in Prevention\nWhat Does Prevention-First Leadership Look Like?\n\nJoin us for a day of insight\, innovation and inspiration as we move forward together to embed Prevention at the heart of everything we do. \nSandwiched between these two-days\, NFCC Prevention Hub return with their national celebration of the fourth Celebrating Prevention Awards! With 7 categories to submit nominations and celebrate the amazing work and initiatives all UK fire and rescue services do for our communities.
