SUMMARY:Blue Light Mental Health Symposium
DESCRIPTION:NFCC are honoured this year to be hosting our annual collaborative Blue Light Mental Health Symposium taking place on 14th January in Birmingham. \nBuilding on previous years we have an informed\, immersive programme lined up which will be released shortly.  The day will focus on three key areas: culture\, family support and suicide prevention and will be made up of a mixture of keynote speakers\, workshops and interactive sessions. \nA agenda is now available Blue Light Mental Health Symposium Agenda with some key programme highlights are listed below: \n\nCulture Panel sessions including cultural change journeys and experiences\nCreating cultural factors for wellbeing and resilience\nFamily support sessions including; Building family support looking at evidence based police research with the Open University\, engagement with families and challenges and The Fire Fighters Charity on family support.\nSuicide prevention – expert panel – Data-enabled change; what are recent trials and research telling us\, and how can we enact positive change as a result\nSuicide prevention and postvention break out sessions – Prevention; Organisational response and postvention; Individual and community impact\n\nThe night prior to the conference we will be hosting a networking event at the venue from 7pm-8pm.  All are welcome but please do select the option to attend below if you are attending as we will need to have a list of all attendees on the evening. \nThe conference ticket doesn’t include accommodation but there are many hotels very close by to suit all budgets. \nSuppliers to the sector \nWe will offering the opportunity for suppliers to the blue light community to promote their products and brand alongside the conference. Information on event sponsorship and exhibiting is available here. \n  \nImportant Booking Information: Please do not book tickets that state ‘Bookable by NFCC Staff only’ – these tickets are for speakers and can only be booked by the NFCC events team. If you book this option you may be charged an additional admin fee to correct the booking. \nBookings can be made via credit card or invoice with a PO number.
