Assistant Control Commander (ACC) – London Fire Brigade
We are seeking motivated individuals to step into the role of Assistant Control Commander (ACC) within Brigade Control.
As an ACC, you will play a critical supervisory role in ensuring the effective supervision of control room operations, mobilising resources, and supporting operational response across London. You will lead and support Control Officers in a fast-paced, and high-pressure environment dealing with a wide range of operational incidents.
This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to keeping London safe, supporting our teams, and driving continuous improvement in Control operations.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate control command in a busy, fast paced control environment, using effective decision-making experience of supporting or leading change and clear commitment to continuous improvement and developing others.

Be a current substantive Crew Manager or Watch Manager A in a UK Fire and Rescue Control room
Not have any live formal disciplinary sanctions
Not be in a formal capability process
Salary: Starting salary: £44,944.28 per annum
Contract type: Full Time
