Salary – Crew Manager: £41,322 per annum (Development) to £43,104 per annum (Competent)

To succeed as a Crew Manager, you’ll need a strong blend of leadership, operational expertise, and interpersonal abilities, whilst working within the remit of the Core Code of Ethics. This role demands confidence under pressure, clear communication, and the ability to motivate and develop others. Eligibility Criteria

This process is open to wholetime substantive competent Firefighter only. Applicants must be able to demonstrate relevant operational experience and leadership capability. Successful candidates will be required to undertake any necessary training for the role.
