Salary: Grade 11, £37,336 – £40,221 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Service Headquarters
Contract: 3 years, fixed term contract

The Culture and Inclusion Development Advisor will play a key role in supporting ongoing cultural development and our equality, diversity and inclusion priorities. The post holder, in conjunction with the Senior Culture and Inclusion Manager and the Workforce Planning and Organisational Development team, will be responsible for the design and implementation of organisational strategy, and associated policy and supporting procedures.

The role will have a key focus on the design and delivery of culturally focused learning strategies to embed understanding and ensure ongoing engagement across all levels of the organisation. The Culture and Inclusion Development Advisor will coordinate, on behalf of the HR Services and Recruitment Team, the activities of Positive Action Attraction Team as part of ensuring the organisation fully represents the communities it serves.

Candidates must have experience in designing and implementing cultural development and diversity initiatives within a large organisation. In addition to having a proven track record in developing and delivering training programs focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and advise staff at all levels are essential, as well as strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and report outcomes. Candidates must also have the ability to develop innovative engagement strategies and maintain str ong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
