Hub Support Advisor – Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service
This is an agile role working out of different police locations across the county.
Work as a member of the team to deliver first line business support for Police, Fire & OPFCC and external contractors through a variety of Force Systems
To ensure the effective running of operational support in dedicated buildings
To process all requests received by the Commercial and Property department, and triage to allocated members of the wider team/self to support resolution and achieve a quality of service to Fire and Police functions.
To maintain accurate records on all service requests, including purchases of goods and services, and wider activities relating to the delivery of the Property and Commercial Function.
To provide advice and assistance including dealing with telephone or face-to-face enquiries from internal and external end users on a wide range of topics
A full driving licence is required.
