Hours:                         Full Time – 37 hours per week

Location: The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working options. The role will be based at Service Headquarters, Five Rivers with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices and we would welcome a conversation with the successful candidate on what type of flexible working arrangement will work best for you. There will be a requirement to attend your base location for key activities and meetings.

As a Programmes and Performance Administrator in our Service Improvement department you will:

  • Provide administration and coordination assistance as directed for internal and external performance reporting and programmes
  • Maintain and coordinate the project register ensuring it captures a clear understanding of the projects and business cases across the Service
  • Support with the evaluation process for projects, ensuring that these are scheduled, key points recorded and monitored to completion

What makes you our ideal Programmes and Performance Administrator

  • 4 GCSE passes – Grade A*-C / 9-4, including English and Mathematics / equivalent Level 2 qualification / or higher-level relevant qualification
  • 3 A Level (or equivalent) passes – Grade A*-C, or equivalent or demonstrable working experience at this level
  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role carrying out a range of administration tasks and working with managers within all levels of an organisation
  • Competent user of Microsoft 365 or other software and databases to produce documents, spreadsheets, calendars and emails

  • You must be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the role. Travel requirements are occasional travel to meetings/training at your base location and across the service area as needed.
