Station Manager (Protection) – Suffolk Fire & Rescue Service
This position is open to both current Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) employees and external applicants.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) is seeking to appoint a dedicated Station Manager for the substantive post Station Manager (Protection). This role requires commitment to the flexible duty rota (FDS), Level 2, and involvement in Fire Investigation and/or specialist technical advisory roles.
A minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety is required.
We are looking for motivated and committed individuals who can demonstrate strong organisational behaviours and values aligned with SCC WEASPIRE and NFCC Code of Ethics.

Describe the protection-specific roles you have held both internally and externally, highlighting compliance with relevant legislation. Include a relevant example of applying the Enforcement Management Model and its impact on a fire safety audit. Outline your understanding of how this correlates to the Code of Ethics and WEASPIRE values.
