Supervisory Manager Control Promotion Gateway – for entry to CC Control/WC Control Talent Pools – Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service

The Service aims to establish a talent pool of high calibre individuals ready for appointment to CC Control and WC Control vacancies arising over the next 6-12 months. Successful candidates will be dynamic and able to demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. They will demonstrate qualities that align with the NFCC Leadership Framework and our professional behaviours and values.

The WC Control role will be responsible, and the CC Control role will assist in the supervisory management of the designated Watch in Service Control. They will provide leadership for and assist in coordinating the activities of the Watch and manage the day to day use of allocated Service Control resources to ensure the effective provision of call receipt, mobilising, communications, operational availability and associated information support functions. Salary: WC Control Dev £38,979 rising to £42,665 Competent; CC Control Dev £36,576 rising to £38,153 Competent
