Watch Manager – Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service
An opportunity has arisen for substantive wholetime Watch Managers within Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service.  Â
Individuals will need to be enthusiastic, strong team players, culturally aware with excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Â

Vacancies are across the whole of Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service, which utilises a number of different duty systems. Â
Successful candidates will be positioned based on current and future risk critical operational establishment vacancies.Â
Key Requirements  Â
In accordance with the current promotion service order, applications are welcomed from personnel who satisfy the following criteria:  
- Substantive within their current role, one role below the position being applied for or sideways transfers at the same rank are accepted.Â
- Competent against the full role map within their current role and in maintenance for all elements of NOS. 
- In receipt of the requisite IFE examination – IFE Lev 3 Certificate, Unit 6: Fire Operations and Incident Command or internal gateway examination.  Please upload your certificate when submitting your application.
- In receipt of the relevant Incident Command Level 1 assessment. 
- Must not have any live disciplinary sanctions placed against them.  Â
