Wholetime Station Manager B Assessment & Development Centre – County Durham & Darlington Fire and Rescue Service
County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service (CDDFRS) are seeking to assess ambitious and forward-thinking individuals for the Service’s Wholetime Station Manager (SMB) talent pool. Applications are invited from wholetime, competent, Watch Managers and current substantive Station Managers.
The role of a Station Manager is rewarding and challenging and will require you to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in planning, managing high performing teams, cultural change and development of yourself and others.
Individuals will need to be achievement focused with strong communication, negotiating, and influencing skills to ensure that improvements continue to be made within the Service which make a real difference to the communities we serve.
The Service are looking for inspiring and supportive leaders, with outstanding leadership skills and to be successful you will need to have the ability to deliver transformational change and a commitment to all aspects of diversity will be essential.
