NFCC is developing Interactive Career Pathways to help users explore the different career options and pathways in the fire sector, and to direct them to the many resources that have been developed to support them in their career development.

This survey seeks to better understand the expectations of potential Interactive Career Pathways users and will help us develop a service that meets the needs of our members while also being used as a tool to attract new and diverse talent.

Thank you for taking the time to participate. Please note that the answers here will be used to develop the Interactive Career Pathway and associated products, but not all features and functions mentioned will be present at launch.
