DESCRIPTION:The NFCC is pleased to announce the 2026 Operational Preparedness\, Response and Resilience Conference\, taking place in Warwickshire from 9–11 February 2026.  \nThis year’s programme will cover key developments including plans for the College of Fire\, learning from select committees\, competency updates\, high-rise fire guidance\, military lessons\, and the latest emerging technologies.  \nA highlight of the event will be a case study from Arjan Bruinstroop of the Netherlands Fire Service Academy. He will present the Quadrant Model\, outlining four tactical approaches—defensive/exterior\, offensive/exterior\, defensive/interior and offensive/interior—and how it supports real-time decision-making.
