Being the Senior Business Analyst
You will work in partnership with internal business customers to understand, analyse, document and deliver new business processes to achieve the organisations’ strategic goals.
The current portfolio of work is diverse and complex requiring a variety of skills to investigate business problems, develop options for change, understand and evolve business processes and assist with the delivery of new IT solutions using both waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
What you’ll do
- Be involved with the full change life cycle from inception through to implementation; investigating business problems, undertake options analysis and gather requirements.
- Assist in the successful embedding of change within the organisation.
- Work with a range of stakeholders both internal and external, (including suppliers and partners), to research and understand business needs and identify problems.
- Work with business leads to develop business cases, identify and quantify project benefits, and conduct post implementation reviews and evaluation.
What you’ll bring
- Knowledge and practical application of Business Analysis techniques.
- Knowledge and experience of both Agile and Waterfall models and exposure to software development life cycles.
- The ability to analyse business situations and support the effective development, testing, deployment and post implementation review of proposed solutions.
- The ability to undertake research to evaluate options and make robust, evidence based, recommendations.
- A Business Analysis qualification such as BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or CBAP Certificate in Business Analysis Profession.

Salary: £47,076 - £52397
