Professional Partnership

All public UK Fire and Rescue Services (FRS) are National Fire Chiefs Council Professional Partners, represented within NFCC by their Chief Fire Officer. Professional partnership means that anyone from an FRS can access the networks, information and support to provide practical solutions to collective problems. Members are able to engage with opportunities for personal and professional development through our working groups, committees and events.

Access to Resources and Events

As an NFCC member, your staff will have unlimited access to all NFCC products, services, leadership programs, and conference events. This comprehensive access ensures that your team stays at the forefront of the latest developments and best practices in the fire and rescue sector.

Representation and Advocacy

Your FRS will be represented at the Chief’s Council and associated committees and groups. This means your service will have a voice in shaping the future of the fire and rescue sector, influencing key decisions and policies that impact the community you serve.

National Peer Network

Gain access to a national network of peer groups. This network provides a platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, and solutions with other FRSs across the UK. Collaborate on common challenges and benefit from the collective expertise of the community.

Dedicated Support

Receive support from the NFCC Implementation team and the wider NFCC staff. Our team is here to assist you with implementing strategies and solutions that drive improvement and efficiency in your FRS.
