Performance Improvement Manager – Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service

This role is integral to the assurance we require in the delivery of our strategic objectives through measuring performance. Working as part of our wider Community Safety Management Team you will work in co-production and agreeing projects, new ways of working and areas for improvement, resource and business planning to ensure the running of the Service. Your leadership skills will ensure that managers understand their role is setting objectives and monitoring outputs and outcomes that are aligned to our Purpose, Strategic Direction and Community Risk Management Plan
