Operational Service Trainer (Crew Manager) – Hampshire & Isle Of Wight Fire and Rescue Service
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Competent Crew Manager – Operational Service Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our firefighters.
Key Responsibilities:
Effective Time Management: Optimise your time to ensure efficient delivery of L&D courses and support activities, aligning with the L&D Business Plan and delivery models.
Resource Optimisation: Utilise equipment and resources efficiently to maximise training effectiveness.
Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with internal and external departments to support income generation through training initiatives, such as Service Exercises, Prevention teams, LRF, 3SFire, and other agency training.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities and work across different departments as needed to support the overall goals of the organisation.
Salary: £43,104 per annum, plus 10% Training Allowance
Contract type: Full Time
