New tactical action - Situational awareness: Below ground structures

Recent user feedback indicated that the control measure ‘Situational awareness: Below ground structures’ was missing a tactical action to support the control measure knowledge relating to badger setts.

The tactical action ‘Seek expert advice or assistance from an appropriate animal welfare charity or relevant nature conservation body for incidents involving badger setts’ was already included in the Incidents involving animals guidance. This has now also been added to the Below ground structures guidance.
