Accessing NFCC Connect
You can access the platform through the My Account area on nfcc.org.uk. Look for ‘NFCC Connect’ in the left-hand menu. To use it, you’ll need an active NFCC website account with up-to-date personal and professional details. If you haven’t already, now is a good time to review your profile.
Groups and how to get involved
To avoid the confusion of duplicated or inactive spaces, NFCC Connect launches with a core set of groups in key functional areas such as Prevention, Protection, Finance, Operational Response, and People and Culture. From here, the platform will grow based on sector need.
If you’d like to request a new group or private room, you can do so using this simple form. Just tell us who it’s for and why it’s needed; this helps us support effective and inclusive use from day one.
Reporting issues or posts
If something isn’t working, such as a broken link, missing permission, or a technical glitch, you can report it using the bug report form. f you feel that you need to flag any concerns around user conduct, you can use this form. Please don’t hesitate to raise your concerns, as this will help us to ensure the platform remains safe and respectful. In time, we will be rolling out a more efficient reporting mechanism.
