Menopause toolkit

Closing Date: 02/02/2024

Consultation Status: Closed

As part of our ongoing commitment to embed equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) across fire and rescue services, NFCC have worked with a number of subject matter experts to develop a Menopause toolkit that we are now seeking feedback on. To open the consultation and toolkit click here.

This toolkit aims to provide information and guidance to colleagues across the sector, with a view to develop understanding and create an inclusive and accessible work environment.

You are invited to feedback your views as part of the consultation, which will be open until Friday 2 February 2024. In particular, we are interested in gathering feedback around content, language and examples of relevant case studies to strengthen the existing toolkit.

If you have any questions about the consultation, please contact sundeep.moore@nfcc.org.uk
