The NFCC People Programme are consulting on the NFCC Mentoring Agreement. This is one of a suite of tools which will sit within the NFCC Leadership hub for Coaching and Mentoring. It is a simple agreement that gives both parties peace of mind by providing an understanding of what is required in the specific mentoring interaction and coming to agreement about the mentoring process and relationship.
