We are delighted to inform you that the consultations for the following NFCC Model Policies are open and will run until 21 February 2023:

• Wellbeing
• Working time regulations
• Personal and performance conversations

We welcome responses from all stakeholders and are particularly keen to hear from our HR colleagues, or those who will be implementing these policies.
