Organisational Learning Fire Standard consultation

Welcome to the consultation for the Organisational Learning Fire Standard.

The Organisational Learning Fire Standard has been developed with expert input from the NFCC Organisational Learning team, organisational learning specialists from a wide range of fire and rescue services, and sector peers.

This consultation aims to gather feedback on the draft Fire Standard and to understand the potential impact on the organisations expected to align with it. Some questions may only apply if you work for a fire and rescue service in England.
You will be asked to provide your name, role, organisation, and email address. This is solely to support technical issue resolution or to allow us to clarify your response if needed.

The consultation will close at the end of the day on Tuesday 09 June 2026
