Crew Manager – Transferee Opportunities at Training Centre – North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service

North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue is looking for operational training instructors to join their training team based at Easingwold.

We are currently recruiting for substantive Crew Manager instructors to join our Training Centre team and support training across the Service. We are looking for outstanding individuals to deliver real and sustainable benefits for the public, transforming our service delivery.

We’re looking for external competent Crew Managers looking to join our Training Centre on a lateral transfer. Applicants should have previously worked as an Instructor and hold relevant training qualifications e.g. BIA, RTC etc.

Applicants will require strong leadership and communication skills and be able to lead, manage and develop others, delivering the Service’s strategy through local delivery.

With the potential to be an effective manager and leader, successful candidates will have an innovative approach to deliver training across the Service to achieve positive results. With a strong focus on collaboration, you will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form positive working relationships and develop teams to improve performance.
