Prevention Delivery Manager (7855) – Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Prevention Department which has a strong and supportive team focused on reducing risk. We are looking for an experienced manager to help bring our Prevention Strategy to life by introducing new and more effective ways of working, whilst maintaining our good reputation and continuing to build trust and confidence in our Service.

We are looking for a flexible, influential, and inspiring leader to develop new and existing partnerships, lead and direct a team and to coordinate service wide prevention delivery via other managers.

The role is open to both response and non-response staff. The successful candidate will either be appointed on an NCC J Grade Green Book contract, or Station Manager B Grey Book contract (with potential emergency response enhancements).

Grey Book / Emergency Response applicants must have successfully passed the Middle Manager Assessment and Development Centre by the time of interview and be eligible to apply under policy PePr-108.
