We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward and Recognition Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the Reward and Recognition Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our reward strategy. You will help ensure that our people are rewarded fairly, recognised for their contributions, and motivated to continue providing excellent service to our communities.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
support the Reward and Recognition Business Partner in designing and implementing effective reward and recognition initiatives that align with WMFS priorities
contribute to the ongoing development of a recognition plan that includes both formal and informal methods at local and organisation-wide levels
