About the Role:
This is an opportunity to work on the delivery of key strategic priorities that will shape the direction of RBFRS. It is a legal requirement to produce a CRMP and the work that needs to be undertaken is interesting, intellectually demanding, data driven and requires professional judgement.
RBFRS has strong links to national leadership in CRMP and is looking to continuously improve service delivery through an evidence-based approach. This role will offer an opportunity to influence how RBFRS prioritises its resources to risk, assist strategic decision making and guide and improve the way we operate.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills. A track record of project delivery is vital, as is evidence of excellent interpersonal skills.
This role requires a motivated individual who is keen to contribute and can operate within a small cross functional team.
The successful candidate will be inspired to demonstrate and promote behaviours in line with the Job Profile and our Behaviour Competency Framework as attached.
