Strategic Lead for Cultural Change – Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic and innovative Cultural Change Team consisting of Researchers, Change Managers, Equality and Diversity Officers & Positive Action Specialists, with the aim of; gathering insight and feedback from communities and staff, to improve the quality of service delivered to the public and creating positive cultural change within Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service.
This role is part of Enabling Services, working across Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service, Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner.
