Implementation Liaison Managers directly support colleagues in services to use and embed NFCC products. To date, the team has delivered a considerable number of interventions including workshops and events to raise awareness of approaches to achieve Fire Standards whilst also embedding wider NFCC products, tools and guidance tailored to meet FRS needs.
The team has provided an increasing consultancy style offer, supporting you in benchmarking, organisational self-assurance, governance methodologies and benefits management, to list just a few areas of support.
