National Fire Chiefs Council uses photography and moving images to educate and inform staff and communities, to recruit staff and promote the wide range of work we are involved in. This may include, advertising, promotion, marketing and safety campaigns. We hold these photos for a maximum of two years, on our secure intranet system, and may use these images on all, but not limited to, the following channels: the staff intranet site, public websites, YouTube, social media, educational video, leaflets, publications or press releases. Where images may contain children or young people we are required to seek the permission of parents or carers before capturing, sorting and using these images. If the person being photographed is below the age of 12, the parent or carer should fill in this form. If they are above the age of 12, they may fill this form in themselves. All rights to the images belong to NFCC. Images may be cropped or modified for quality or combined with other images, text and graphics. Your participation is entirely voluntary. If you do agree to take part but change your mind at a later date. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time under Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
