Closing date:

Consultation status:

Closed

The NFCC People Programme are pleased to announce that the consultation on the NFCC Talent Management Toolkit is open and will run until Friday 10 December 2021.

The NFCC Talent Management Toolkit has been developed to ensure fire and rescue services have the people with the right skills, behaviours and values in the right role at the right time, and will support those who are:

  • Starting to develop a talent management strategy
  • Looking for good practice in a specific talent management area
  • A leader or line manager looking for tools to help support teams at each stage of talent management
  • Looking for support to manage their own career and development

We welcome responses from all stakeholders but are particularly keen to hear from Talent/HR/OD specialists, to ensure that the final version of the Talent Management Toolkit meets the needs of the fire sector.
