The guidance and Inter-Service Secondment Agreement Template relates to the movement of an individual to another Fire and Rescue Service as a way of providing individual and organisational development. This will provide a consistent approach to any secondment arrangement between fire and rescue services. The secondment agreement should be reached between those Services involved, therefore the template can be amended as required.
