Calls from or about people at risk - Right Care, Right Person

On 22 October 2025, the Operational Preparedness, Response and Resilience Committee approved change request FCG CC 011 – Emergency call management: People at risk – Calls from or about people at risk.

This change request has been developed to include information in fire control guidance about the Right Care, Right Person approach adopted by some police forces.
