SGA Update - Search and Export

The following updates have been pushed to the website following bug requests raised from SGA users:

  1. Search Functionality Improvements:
    • Users can now search by SA/CM numbers and receive correct results.
    • Searches using text from SA/CM also return relevant data accurately.
  2. Strategic Action Update Page Fix:
    • Previously, data did not display correctly, creating a false impression that actions were incomplete unless viewed in detail. This has been resolved, ensuring completion status displays correctly without needing further navigation.
  3. Export Issues Resolved:
    • Individual Frameworks Export Fix:
      • If an SA (e.g. SA 101) is linked to multiple frameworks (e.g., “Firefighting Guidance” and “Fires in Waste Sites”), marking it complete now updates all related frameworks consistently. This eliminates discrepancies where an SA appeared complete in one framework (firefighting) but not another (fires in waste sites) during exports.
      • Consistent and accurate data is reflected across the all-guidance export.
      • Dashboard figure now aligns accurately with the data in the export.
