An opportunity has arisen within the DEI team, for the role of a Belonging and Inclusion Manager to coordinate team in charge of educational and evaluation interventions across LFB. The ideal person will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
We are looking for an experienced, adaptable, proactive, innovative and detail-oriented professional to lead and coordinate the team in charge of delivery of multiple educational and evaluation interventions across LFB, working collaboratively as part of the wider DEI function.
The role requires a dedicated and organised individual, with an eye for detail and strong programme and stakeholder management capability. Experience of managing a team responsible for designing, facilitating or delivering organisational interventions. Experience within a DEI context is desirable but not essential.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office applications, including Word, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, email, and internet browsing is essential.
