NFCC Members’ Conference 2026

The 2026 flagship NFCC Members’ Conference will be a key opportunity to hear about the new strategic plan, the NFCC’s key deliverables, and how these will support and strengthen your service.
A draft agenda is now available here and has updates on key developments shaping the future reform of fire and rescue services, including:

- College of Fire update
- The National Framework for Fire and Rescue Services

- Operational Effectiveness – Coordinating NFCC and Committee led work to drive improvementÂ

Bringing together the much-valued Spring and Autumn Conferences for 2026, this will be the only NFCC event dedicated exclusively to Area Managers and above, providing a unique opportunity for strategic insight, national updates, and senior-level networking.
The conference will begin with an informal networking event on the evening of 6th ahead of a 9am start for the conference on 7th. Following the conference sessions on 7th there will be a networking dinner which will incorporate our final ELP graduation of cohorts with Warwick Business School and the conference will conclude with lunch on 8th.
We regret that other than the sponsors and commercial members places there is no additional commercial attendance at this event.

Delegates
For day Delegate tickets, no refund will be made within 7 working days of the Event.
For tickets that include accommodation and/or dinner, no refund will be made within 14 working days of the Event.
