NFCC On-Call Conference 2026

We are delighted to announce the dates of the next national NFCC On-Call conference, which will be held at the Principality Stadium, Cardiff from the 24th – 25th September.

Accommodation for this event will be hosted at the nearby Premier Inn, Cardiff City Centre (Stadium) hotel and dinner on the night of 24th will be at The Botanist Bar and Restaurant, Cardiff Bay.

Join colleagues from across the UK fire and rescue sector for two days of collaboration, innovation and practical learning dedicated to the future of the On-Call workforce.

The programme explores the national direction for on-call, from policy and practitioner forum developments to workforce resilience, training and competence, employer engagement and best practice. Delegates will hear directly from senior NFCC leaders, government ministers and fire service experts, while gaining valuable insight into successful initiatives being delivered across UK fire and rescue services.
