Road Safety Footsteps/Schools and Social Media Co-ordinator – Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service

An enthusiastic, motivated and innovative person to join the Road Safety Education Team. You will be part of a dedicated team providing road safety education, training and publicity, with the aim of reducing the number of road traffic casualties in Oxfordshire.

You will be part of a small team, will be effective and confident communicator with good interpersonal and organisational skills, capable of working on their own and as part of a team.
You will also be expected to work closely with other professionals and volunteers and partners across Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley.

Duties will include working with schools and the wider community. This is particularly to progress road safety education in schools and other organisations, which includes working with adults. The work will also involve the administration of education/training programmes, help with the developing campaigns, and attending to promote road safety awareness to a variety of road user groups via social media platforms.
Assist with Administration of Quality assurance and Evaluation of Programs and training.
