Fire Safety Supervisor – Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue

LFR are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our Community Fire Protection team as a Fire Safety Supervisor. The successful individual will join LFR’s Community Fire Protection team, offering supervision, support and direction to the department.

With an in depth knowledge of fire safety legislation, the individual will be responsible for developing the understanding of the subject across the Service, by supporting strategic planning, risk management, compliance and fire safety enforcement across Lincolnshire. You’ll provide technical expertise, develop and deliver training, support inspections and investigations, work with partners, and help protect communities through effective, professional fire safety practice.
