Developed in conjunction with a team of cross sector specialists, the products aim to build greater understanding, awareness and knowledge to create an inclusive workplace where employees can contribute meaningfully and thrive.
This product will launch in conjunction with the Reasonable and Workplace Adjustments Guidance (Line Mangers) (see separate consultation for this product), we intend to gather consultation feedback from the sector, focusing on the content and language of each product.

Once feedback has been compiled, a review and edit process will take place to incorporate suggested changes, where relevant. The revised version will be updated to meet accessibility criteria before being uploaded as a web-based product. This will help different audiences navigate the toolkit and most relevant section to them.
