NFCC Data, Digital and Technology Conference 2024
The Digital, Data, and Technology (DDaT) Conference hosted by the National Fire Chiefs Council is a pivotal event designed to bring together senior leaders and practitioners in the fire service sector. With a focus on digital transformation, data management, and cybersecurity, this conference serves as a platform to explore innovative strategies and technologies shaping the future of firefighting and emergency response. From transferable examples in other sectors to case studies from our own services, we’ll hear from those leading the way in the DDaT field.

Booking Options
Tickets are available to purchase for the full event or individual days as desired. Please read the ticket description fully to understand what is included in each option.
The conference will begin with registration, lunch and networking at 11.30 on 19th with conference sessions kicking off at 1pm. The 20th will be a full day of sessions and the event will conclude with lunch on 21st by 2pm. We will be holding a networking dinner on the evening of 19th but there will be no organised evening event on 20th, giving delegates the opportunity to make their own plans and explore the lovely city of Chester.
If you are booking an option with no accommodation – i.e. a day ticket we are unable to book separate accommodation for you and you are responsible for booking your own accommodation directly.
We have 100 bedrooms available at the conference venue and a further 20 bedrooms at a nearby Holiday Inn Express and they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Important: Please do not book tickets that state ‘Bookable by NFCC Staff only’ – these tickets are for speakers and can only be booked by the NFCC events team. If you book this option you may be charged an additional admin fee to correct the booking.

Exhibitors – within 7 working days of the event no refunds for accommodation can be provided.
We are unable to accept stand cancellations within 21 workings days of the event.
