Area Manager – Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service

We’re looking for an exceptional leader to join Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service as an Area Manager. As a member of our Strategic Leadership Team, you’ll help shape the future direction of the service, drive improvement, develop high-performing teams and make a lasting difference to the communities we serve.

We’re seeking a leader who can combine strategic vision with operational credibility, inspire others through visible leadership, and champion positive organisational culture.

You’ll bring:
• Incident Command Level 3 (or equivalent) and a willingness to achieve Level 4
• Experience leading change and service improvement
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial, financial and organisational awareness
• A passion for public service and continuous improvement
