- Support delivery of national DDaT events including workshops, CPD sessions, forums and conferences
- Coordinate risks, issues, actions and dependencies, ensuring clear mitigation and reporting
- Support change management and promote adoption of digital solutions across the sector
- Use Microsoft 365 tools (including Power Automate and Power BI) to support delivery, insight and reporting
- Contribute to evaluation, lessons learned and continuous improvement activity
- Support coordination of the sector’s response to cyber threats where required

- A digital‑first mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning and innovation
- An understanding of the public sector and the challenges faced by fire and rescue services (desirable)
You will be proactive, detail‑focused, collaborative, and motivated by making a positive difference at a national level.
