Estates and Facilities Maintenance Technician – Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service

We are seeking an experienced Estates and Facilities Maintenance Technician with Electrical experience to join our busy Estates department.
This role will provide essential maintenance services across our whole estate of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The successful candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills in line with a commercial property portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include undertaking property maintenance tasks, managing inventory records, assisting in developing work specifications, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The primary objective is to maintain premises in a condition that meets the high standards of the Service and supports the efficient delivery of services to the public.
