HR Advisor (Health and Wellbeing) – Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service
As a HR Advisor (Health and Wellbeing) in our People department you will:
- Provide HR advice and support to line managers, business partners and all employees on HR Wellbeing issues.
- Review, draft and produce all HR related documents (e.g. policies, sickness management, stress management, routine medicals, occupational health, fitness) to ensure they are fit for purpose on a regular basis.
- Advise on, oversee and have responsibility for progression of occupational health cases. This includes procedures, processes, guidance (manuals) and delivering training.
What makes you our ideal HR Advisor (Health and Wellbeing)?
- Post specific qualification at Level 3 or equivalent, or able to demonstrate a significant level of HR experience at an Advisor level
- Experience of best practice guidelines and employment legislation requirements to minimise organisational risk
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and able to demonstrate a positive attitude to internal/external customer care
Salary: £31,537 - £33,143 per annum (rising by annual increments to £33,143)
Contract type: Full Time
