Performance BI Analyst Apprenticeship – Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service

Key Responsibilities
• Work with data from across the organisation, helping to pull it together, analyse it, and spot any trends or patterns
• Support the team in creating reports and dashboards, including interactive ones in Power BI, so information is easy to understand and use
• Help respond to requests for data and performance information from different teams
• Check data for accuracy and work with colleagues to fix any issues you come across
• Get involved in maintaining and developing data systems, including supporting data warehousing activities
• Turn data into clear outputs like charts, reports, and dashboards that help people make decisions
• Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to understand what they need and how data can support them
• Learn and start to use different analytical techniques (like forecasting or trend analysis) to support the team’s work
