Station Manager – Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service

Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service is delighted to invite applications for the role of Station Manager.

The Role

As a Station Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role within OFRS. You will:

  • Lead and manage teams and resources within a defined area.
  • Drive community safety, reducing fire and other risks through coordinated prevention, protection and response.
  • Provide confident operational leadership, including incident command
  • Set the tone for culture, performance and leadership, developing others to achieve their best.
  • Deliver continuous improvement, ensuring an effective and modern service to our communities.

This is a role where leadership truly matters—balancing operational excellence with people-focused management to deliver meaningful outcomes for Oxfordshire.

Salary: £50,135 - £55,301 - as per National pay Scales for Station Manager Role
