Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue- Wholetime Firefighter Opportunities in Lincolnshire

From January 2027, our day-crewed stations will move to a daytime wholetime model, with night-time cover provided through our on-call arrangements. Alongside the introduction of 24/7 wholetime cover at Grantham, this will create additional firefighter posts across Lincolnshire.

We are looking for experienced and competent wholetime firefighters who want to bring their skills to Lincolnshire, contribute to this important period of change and help us continue to provide an effective response to our communities.

There may also be opportunities to undertake an on-call contract, enabling you to support your local community and broaden your operational experience.
