The NFCC Coaching Agreement is one of a suite of tools which will sit within the NFCC Leadership hub for Coaching and Mentoring. It is a simple legal agreement that gives both parties peace of mind and, in the event that the client is unhappy, offers the coach protection. According to the International Coach Federation, establishing the coaching agreement is defined as: Understanding what is required in the specific coaching interaction and coming to agreement with the prospective and new client about the coaching process and relationship.
